My vendor had a private offer for this property and offered me the listing for just 4 days to see if we could find a cash buyer that was prepared to have a possession date in just one week. The vendor didn’t want any advertising. Challenge was accepted and after contacting clients on our databases, I presented the vendor with multiple offers. The highest offer, from my colleague Merv Chave’s client, was significantly higher than the private offer and the vendor was ecstatic!!
